This challenge works for both beginners and advance people. Beginners can stick to the chart and intermediate – advance people can do 2-5 sets or how many you can handle. Cardio can consist of walking on the treadmill or outside, running, elliptical, hiking, zumba, ect. I recommend at least 30 minutes. Now, let’s burn some calories and sculpt our entire body with kettle bell swings!
