Confidence is Like a Muscle

The left is on my honeymoon, 1 year after I started training. I was just in the beginning stages of my health and fitness transforma tion. Believe it or not, I used to think I was fat. Yikes! I was no where near fat. The fact of the matter was I had a poor self image. I lacked confidence. So how did I create the body in the picture on the right? Honestly, I don't know what I would have done without my husband. He was the one who encouraged me to eat right and start training. Before that, I probably consumed under 1200 calories per day and was a cardio/machine queen (NOT HEALTHY). He has taught me so much about fitness and nutrition and I cannot thank him enough. I want to pay it forward to women out there who lack confidence. Confidence starts from within and sometimes you just need one person to believe in you. Well I am that person. I believe in you. "Confidence is like a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets."
