I'm curious... When it comes to your work, in what way do you feel or think about it?  Is it a job for you that is a necessity like eating and sleeping?  Is it a career that is a stepping stone for you to another job?  Or is it your calling?  Your work is one of the most important things in your life to you and you are making the world a better place. Many of us would like to be in the third category, but are stuck in the first or second one.  I know I was.  As a nurse, I knew I loved helping people.  I thought nursing was my calling.  Over time, I realized it was a stepping stone into my calling.  I do not regret becoming a nurse.  In fact, it has molded me into the person I am today.  What it has taught me most is how to empathize with others and self discipline.  If you are a nurse reading this, you know the discipline it takes to get through school, become a nurse, and put patients and their family first.  It's hard work!  Hard work, but very rewarding work.   So how di

7 Day Butts and Guts Boot-Camp!

I may be pregnant, but that doesn't stop me from envisioning my future goals and dreams! I know what this body is capable of and if I got my abs back after having one child, I'll do it again!! Until then, I will continue to focus on helping others reach their goals! Starting next Monday I am opening up a free 7 day butts and guts boot-camp. We will be focusing on exercises that will shape your core and lower body. We will also touch on simple, but effective nutrition. Y ou will be provided grocery lists and sample meal plans. Time Freedom

Do you have control of your time? Three years ago I was giving a lot of my time to build someone else's dream.  I was working 12 hour shifts for a large hospital.  I was leaving for work before my daughter woke up and getting home at her bedtime.   I was giving someone else my time on holidays and weekends, and  I was TIRED of it. While I enjoyed helping nurse others back to health, I knew that I so desperately wanted to create an exit strategy so that I was able to have more time freedom.  So I found a way and that was through an online health and fitness business.  After 23 months into the business I was able to replace my yearly nursing salary and I made the decision to become a stay at home Mom Boss!
