Machine glute kickbacks 3 x 12
Deep banded squats 3 x 20 (super set)
Cable pull throughs 3 x 15 (super set) last set being a drop set
Seated leg press with feet high and close 20, 15, 12 and drop set
Seated hamstring curls 3 x 12
Reverse hyper extensions 3 x failure

Cool down with 3 - 5 min stretching post workout.
